VIENNA, 28 September 2016 – EMSA Capital attended the 2016 CEE M&A And Private Equity Forum 2016 in Warsaw, on the 27th and 28th September.
Taking place at the Radisson Blu Centrum, in Warsaw, the event saw Mergermarket and Unquote join forces in organizing an event that gathers more than 350 corporates, institutional investors, investment banks and private equity funds, with topics from areas such as: private equity fundraising and structures, M&A origination, acquisition finance, deal execution and value creation.
